Tool evaluation:

Personalized workflow/tool analysis and tips
Security and recoverability assessment
Data recoverability preparation and audit
Computing needs assessment (note, however, that I do not sell any hardware)

Free/Open-source software training and advocacy

Above all, my goal is to teach you how to fish. However, we're all busy. If you need someone to hand you a few fish until you're back on your feet, I offer the following additional services on a time-available basis:

Tool configuration and tuning
Workstation and server administration
Malware removal
Data rescue and transfer
Data synchronization

Because of my day job, I cannot provide these services to companies engaged in telecommunications or ISP services in the State of Alaska.
(... and even if it were allowed, it just wouldn't seem right. :-) )
